My group and I had a great time at the British Airways office in Bali. We were in town preparing to take a multi-stop vacation, and we required assistance in tidying up our itinerary, particularly with some involved layovers and special requests for baggage. From the time we entered, the staff was really friendly. One of the customer service representatives, a woman by the name of Sarah (if I remember properly), was particularly helpful and explained all our options to us. My friend also had special dietary needs, and they assisted us with pre-ordering food and double-checking seat arrangements to guarantee comfort. What might have been a frustrating afternoon of arranging things ended up being a great experience, relaxing and enjoyable, thanks to how friendly and capable the staff were.
