Hi! Sorry for slow reply, been away! I was prescribed olanzapine which I think helped me most but warning… side effect ..weight gain! I wasn’t bothered by this as I had lost such a lot of weight!! Also Pregabalin. Also my GP prescribed me Omeprazole which I believe is a stomach protector. So I am now on a bit of a cocktail but it has all helped me so much to overcome the constant nausea/loss of appetite which has such an affect on one’s quality of life and which had dogged me for months. I was offered all the usual advice from nutritionists, little and often, ginger ginger ginger, food supplements, but nothing helped. I hate to rely on medication but having tried everything I found it was the only thing that helped.
