Hello. I was diagnosed with lambda light chain myeloma in February and elected to go on clinical trial XI. I was randomly chosen to trial Carfilzomib, lenalidomide, cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone. I have only had two cycles both of which had to be halted as blood tests showed that my liver was not happy! Has anyone else had the same problem as me on this trial?
