I was diagnosed 3 months ago too – and I’m being seen at the Freeman with Prof Jackson!! My sleep is like yours and I don’t find a sleeping tablet particularly helpful. They leave an even more horrible taste in my mouth the next day too! It’s good to hear that other people are having similar experiences – if you want to meet up for a coffee & chat sometime, just let me know.
