  Hi Karen,
  I really have no idea what a 'pecker' is !!!! My nan used the phrase often and I presumed it meant chin, but now you've got me wondering ……it certainly wouldn't be anything rude, as my nan was very straightlaced !

  Hi Karen

  I to suffer with back pain I ask the specialist twelve month
  ago when will the pain go his answer was never,

  I try to keep away from negative people
  I say it as it is now cant tolerate bull

  When I come out of Liverpool on the 28 of December after SCT
  I told my son I am sure I will be hear for next Christmas,

  His words were you'd of took that in April.

  I will say the same thing to him in December this year
  coz I have got things to do.

  THATS IF IM NOT ON A BEACH some where

  I DO cry some times nothing to be ashamed of.

  By the way a PECKER is what I put on my digger to break up
  concrete.

  Hi all

  It is very difficult to not be negative at times, this has all been a real shocker and there's no doubt with that……but Eve's right. Live a lot and enjoy each day 🙂

  Your right it's hard not to be negative at times. The best thing is to try and not to look back, you can't change anything that's happened, and try and not to worry about tomorrow because it'll spoil today. Today is all we can be certain of, and that applies to the healthy and the unhealthy equally, so your right Vicki & Eve we should all enjoy each day the best we can.

  If it's any help I had a melt down on Monday!!;-) it all so took place when I did not expect it!!!:-( ,just to let you know I am not immune to the fall out of this horrible disease.;-) love Eve

  Hi Eve

  Just going to Ostend for 3 nights. Over night ferry from Hull to Zeebrugge so 5 nights away in total. We're going with a couple of friends so will be showing them around a little. Ie. Ypres and Brugge. I've been to Ostend lots of times used to do a race over there every year when I was fit to run.
  Got a date with consultant next week to see where we go next.

  Hi Eve, sorry to hear of your meltdown, hope your pecker is back up 😉 😎

  The weather is beautiful in the East Midlands today, well Rutland anyway, 12 degrees, dry and sunny :-D, always good for ones spirits x

  Have a great time in Ostend Andy. xx Good luck with consultant next week. I have only one more hospital visit this year, for zometta on 10th December, thats it for 2013 🙂

  We are popping over to France next week for a bit of R & R, going on the tunnel. Pre Christmas visit, we used to live there, we love everything French, I know its like marmite to some!!:-S
