    Blenrep (also called belantamab mafodotin) has been approved in the UK. It is a new* treatment for MM.

    *It had previously been approved, but was then withdrawn. This re-approval follows further clinical trials, specifically the DREAMM7 and DREAMM8 trials. These indicate that Blenrep is generally more effective than the existing treatments for patients who have relapsed.
