Its DexDay TM! 😉

My rattle-chest has eased but I have a dribble-nose to match that of Janet. Better still, no sign of C: Diff today (both hands gripping wooden lip of over-bed table). Normal sweats hardly visible… so all in all a good but very lazy day. 🙂 😀

It reminded me of this… written a good while ago but suited to today's mood. 😎

Cat Napping

Curled in clever comfort
Savouring careless laziness
It is as much as I can do
To ease and free a languid tangle
Of cat-like contented limbs

Purr-like elegies jingle in this lair
Echoing in bones and prickling
Through the byways of Sunday best
Feline favoured flesh

Not unlike retractile claws, fingers
Uncurl, stretch and curve away
Into the silhouette of a wicked
And abundant serenity

Humming-bird burdens
Infiltrate my day, recalling me
To the nuisance of consciousness
But not now, not quite yet
While cares are caged, I will refuse to fret

Thank you kindly Tom and Jo. 😀

Coughs and dribbles receding and C: Diff seems in control. 🙂

Glad you liked it Jo… I'll dig out another couple but I don't want to be a nuisance. 😉

Much love to you both.

Dai.
