    Hello everyone
I have been asked by Becky, the Macmillan Patient Experience and User Involvement Project Manager at UCLH to make you aware of some opportunities for patients and carers to help shape NHS services and make a difference in north and east London and west Essex.
    Becky says:

To be eligible, you (or the person you care for) must have received treatment at one of the NHS Trusts in the area we cover (as above).

    Current involvement opportunities
The involvement opportunities for people affected by cancer are:

    1. Being a patient representative on a Pathway Board or Expert Reference Group – deadline 28 January
    2. Joining our Patient Experience and User Involvement Steering Group – deadline 28 January
    3. Joining a Quality of Life Pilot Steering Group – deadline 22 January
    4. Joining a Multidisciplinary Diagnostic Centre (MDC) Steering Group – deadline 22 January

Full information about each of these opportunities is available on our website here – https://www.uclh.nhs.uk/OurServices/ServiceA-Z/Cancer/NCV/Pages/Gettinginvolvedwithcancer.aspx

    Or contact directly by email to: uclh.getinvolvedwithcancer1@nhs.net or call: 07950 960 159 or 020 3447 2779

    All the best

    Ellen
