Hi there, I had a mini-allo SCT in February this year (following an auto-SCT in October 2014). I developed acute gut GVHD around Day 50 which was tough but eventually got sorted out with some second-line treatment (steroids didn’t work). I am now about 150 days post-transplant and I can feel the signs of GVHD returning. Does anyone out there have any experience with chronic gut GVHD – what it is like, how they manage it, etc? – the acute gut GVHD was really tough and I am looking for any sort of help in terms of how others deal with it, any tips anyone might have.
