Does anyone have any experience with chronic gut GVHD after an allo-SCT? I am about 150 days post-transplant now and am pretty certain that chronic gut GVHD is setting in – I have already had acute gut GVHD so can recognise the symptoms. Any advice anyone has on how they deal with it, how long it has lasted, etc, would be gratefully received. I found the acute gut GVHD to be really difficult to cope with and so was just wanting to prepare myself as best I can for what might be ahead
