I am about to start KYPROLIS® (Carfilzomib) treatment next week and despite the regime/protocol seen here, by doctor says that it will be once weekly instead of two consecutive days.

I have tried researching this and found that the AROW study of late last year indicated that once weekly appears to be better than twice weekly but I have not seen anything about it being used in the UK.

Do anyone of you have any experience, that you may wish to share – may be it could put mind mind to rest.
