    Hi everyone,
Does anyone have a view as to the best time of the day to take Lenalidomide? I’ve just finished my first 21 days, and have been taking mine at bedtime. My sleep pattern has been disrupted slightly and I’m wondering whether I should try mornings for my next cycle.
    Thanks in advance.

Hi, I had 8 months of Lenalidomide, taking it morning time 3 weeks in 4, it worked great, I have had 11 months of Full Remission so far, no issues/side effects with the Lenalidomide, no sleep issues either.
    Hope this helps

Hi. I’m on my fifth month of Lenalidomide maintenance and have switched from taking it at bedtime to the afternoon.
I was waking up feeling really rough and tired previously, and changing the time seems to have helped.
However as in all these things there is no way of telling – far too many other variables such as the myeloma itself, continued recovery from SCT and so on!

    Hi,

I have been on lenalidomide maintenance for 18 months so far.

I have taken it from the start in the mornings. No particular reason, except that if there was some delay (e.g. vomiting when I had gastroenteritis), there was still scope to take it in the afternoon.

Anyway, I don’t think that it has caused me any sleeping issues.

Yes you’re so right saying it could be any one of a number of variables! Thank you for replying.

I’ve been on Lenalidomide for 2 years. I’ve always taken it in the morning with breakfast, 21 days on, 7 days off, 10mg.

No issue with my sleep pattern.
