I posted the other day about my friend recently being diagnosed with myeloma. He found out today that the diagnosis was incorrect and he in fact has leukaemia. This seems quite unusual to me that such a misdiagnosis would occur. Is this possible ?
it happened with my mother 5 years ago – she got diagnosed with breast cancer when in fact it was ovarian – so I suppose it does happen.
