    Hi there,

just heard from a german private clinic using ibrutinib for highly pretreated refractory MM off-label (last-line therapy) – would be great to have some feedback on ibrutinib – would this be worth it to go for?

Thanks for your feedback in advance,

Just read the BBC pages, I think ibrutinib is a drug designed to fight leukaemia evidently will be in use in Wales by end of the year. Don’t know what the implications are for myeloma.

Well, ibrutinib has potential antitumor activities in multiple myeloma (MM), targeting both tumor cells and their supporting microenvironment.
