‘Good afternoon, I am delighted to be able to share some good news with you. Myeloma UK has been awarded a quality standard accreditation by The Helplines Partnership for the tenth year running.
This quality standard covers the Myeloma Infoline (including the PEER network), Ask The Nurse email service and Discussion Forum and runs until May 2017.
The Helplines Partnership (formerly The Telephone Helpline Association) is a membership organisation that aims to promote excellence in communications by evaluating services and promoting best practice to meet service users’ needs.’
