One of my side effects of my 10mg Lenolidomide maintenance treatment is the constant dryness in my nose cavity. I am following a number of treatments including nasal gels (NeilMed) and daily saline rinses. I however do still suffer with infections following a night of snoring or heavy breathing, causing the cavity to be dry and open to bacterial infections.
Has anyone tried a humidifier at night? and has it helped with dryness? I’ve used them in the past, pre- my diagnosis in 2019, but I am aware that you need the right one for the your bedroom and you need one the will switch on and off dependent upon humidity levels.
Any experience you have would be appreciated. I will obviously feedback if I do go down this route.
