Hi I really sympathize with you. I have had similar problems getting any reports or results.I went to my gp who downloaded my scan reports for me and gave me copies.

Hello Sajida. Oddly, I sent a message into the NHS admin group only yesterday, as I too as a MM sufferer for several years now also wanted to see my results, as I need to track my kappa light chain numbers.

Any blood test that are prescribed and taken at my local GP surgery, are always visible on the NHS App however, any blood tests that are prescribed and taken at my local hospital are never seen on the App!

I’m still waiting for a response back but am hoping for the best.

    Kind regards, Robert

Every hospital website has a page detailing how to make a Subject Access Request by which means you will obtain the details of any test(s) they perform on you, including scans if required. It’s simple and cost free, though scans may require a fee.

I have done it many times. I usually get written results regularly but when I don’t, I submit an SAR. It’s important not to abuse the system with multiple frivolous applications and I have had many recent tests and scans for which I won’t submit SAR’s. Use the system judiciously.
