    Hi Ann and Pete

Great news that Pete is home and having lager no less 🙂 well done you. Am sure you are both over the moon to escape. Frank is forming an escape committee of one 🙁 he can't find anyone else to,join!!! He said earlier that he would give anything for an ice cold Miller. He tells me he will be out of here next week but I dont t think so.

Take it easy Pete and go from strength to strength. Ann look after yourself

    HI Ann and Pete,
So glad that you have got Pete home and recovering, it sounds as if you are doing well Pete, and well done for getting back on the beer so soon! I know I felt miles better as soon as I was under my own roof.
I hope that you continue to improve, Pete and that your next check up goes well.
I have just about got over my flu, but I still have a ghastly cough. I had a brilliant couple of days in London, and saw Status Quo at Hammersmith! Horrible weather so I couldn't go up on the bike though. 🙁
Keep eating as much as possible to keep your strength up, and Ann, we hope that you have a fairly restful week recovering from the last few weeks,
Love from Chris and Lena xx

Hi Vicki & Colin and Everyone

I go tomorrow to be randomised on the trials. Stem Cell or Velcade.
I just wanted to know, what are you like when you come out of hospital? Will I be able to walk up the stairs? How do you feel? Does the rcovery take ages?

    Love charlie & Mary

    Hi Ann and Pete,

Good luck with the check ups and you guys look after yourselves! I think it's just check up after checkup now Ann!
Look after yourself too, I'm still tired and I am sure this vertigo is stress related, coming out after it all!

Biker chris and Lena, how are you both doing 🙂

    Hi Ann and Pete

You will go from strength to strength now Pete. Try not to look at how far you have come on a daily basis. Leave it a week and you will be amazed at the progress week after week.

Vicky, its funny but I had labrynthitis last year and I'm sure it was stress related. Hope you are soon feeling yourself 🙂

    Love Ali x

    HI Vicky and Colin,
Thanks for the message, we are both well thanks, and looking forward to some decent weather! I have had a horrible flu bug which put me in bed for a few days feeling rough, but apart from a bit of a cough I am much better, and Lena is fine.
How are your blood results doing? Mine havn't really shown much change, staying at about 17 pp's. The consultants havn't said much, and don't seem concerned, but I had another blood test today, and I am seeing the specialists on Friday for the results. I would be interested in how Colin's readings are doing after the SCT.
Sorry to butt into your thread Ann, and hope all still going well with you and Pete.
    Love, Chris and Lena xx

    Hi Ali,

Hope your mums doing well….fancy you have an ear problem too! I think you are right about stress and it says to avoid stressful situations ha ha!,

Pete and Ann, Colin had no hair at Christmas. He was v v bald, but by the end of January it seemed to grow back out of nowhere, and by February nearly time for a hair cut. Body hair took a bit longer. Colin has had a hair cut and is shaving regularly now. It will come sooner than you think and as Tom says soon be fed up of shaving!,

Hey chris and Lena, glad you are both ok….Colin is on no maintenance so since his blood results late February our next test is April 20th. At that consultation Colin spas told there was no trace of pps which is great! Just needs to stay that way. Colin seems to do lots and then gets very tired and wiped out for a couple of days. It's all a learning curve isn't it! Take care
