Protein in Urine, but not Albumin

    Hi all,

    I had a spot urine test, which showed 0.12 g/l protein.

    I then had two ACR spot urine tests, which showed Albumin below detectable limits.

    My GP didn’t say anything other than labelling my ACR as ‘normal’.

    Having done some research I see clearly that if it’s not Albumin present in my urine, it MUST be Bence-Jones. Is there any other explanation?
