I have been in remission for just over 3yrs. My last 2 blood tests showed up
that my PP’s were visible and rising all be it slowley.

My trial drug Revlamid has been halved, so its one every other day.
Am I in remission, or have I relapsed and what is the next step. I think
I got a bit comfortable when each report said pp not discernable. It was
a shock to be told they were back!!
Hope someone haas some words of wisdom for me?

Hi Tina, I am sorry to hear that those horrible PP’s are rising. I don’t have any advice I am afraid but wish you well and hope the doctors get them back down soon x

    Hi Tina.

Sorry to read that your PP’s are rising. Hopefully this rise will be very slow and that the Revilimid can hopefully beat them back into submission. You won’t have to have full on treatment till the myeloma starts to effect your health. That could be a long way off.

I’m sure your medics will be working on a plan for you.

Good luck I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you.

    Every day is a gift.

    Hi Tina

Yes I know how you feel,  but having MM is like being on a roller coaster as far as and when it likes to get active again I am sure your consultant will have a plan , I have been on this roller coaster for over 12 years and sometime I feel the ride is coming to an end when my consultant comes up with another plan so keep positive, I try but sometimes it wears me down.

    Regards Peter
