Alongside writing my own songs, I played in many kinds of bands down the years, from Rock to Shantymen. I also played in a Ceilidh Band for many years and in relief of the Diddley Dee tunes I would sing a series of ballads… some accompanied by simple guitar, some with the whole band… and a few A'Cappella. 😎
