Carrying on my post from last night , we heard today that the consultant wants to do another bone marrow biopsy next Thursday to try and get to the bottom of my wife’s continuing low white cell count (0.49),everything has been out on hold, STC etc. we are devastated.
Any idea why the white cell count would continue to remain low?she finished her CDT in December. What would they be checking her bone marrow for and why.
Any info or similar stories much appreciated.
