Hello everyone. I hope all are doing okay today. I know many people here are dealing with health stress, family worries, and many heavy thoughts. Sometimes for me also, the best thing is to keep my mind a little busy with simple work activities. I am working in construction field, and these days I am focusing more on concrete estimating for different projects. It is not always easy job, but it help me stay distracted and feel productive when life gets overwhelming. Numbers and measurements make my mind calm somehow. I wonder if anyone else here also use some work or hobbies to manage stress or keep routine going. Would be nice to hear what helps you get through challenging days.
