Hi everybody,

Not been on here for a while as me and kev have been passing each other chest infections twice! After finally giving it the heave ho! We went to clinic three weeks ago for results of his MRI on his back and as suspected vertebrae damage which will need treatment when he finishes the velcade/ dex, we went into clinic today and they told kev they have referred him to QMC
Spinal dept: in the mean time he will poss: have another 2 cycles of vel/ dex because of the trouble with PN ( which is bad! )
They might stop it sooner, All in all he's not had a good few weeks But we try to keep positive and get through t his stage.

Sorry to hear you two have struggled to get rid of the bloomin chest infection:-( I think its something us MM'ers have to suffer dont you think?

Hi liz and kev,

Sorry it has been rough few weeks….and the bone problems, let a hope they can do something to give the old back some support. This treatment is a battle isn't it! As you say trying to keep positive but it's hard sometimes isn't it.

Keep your chins up and infections away!

Im sorry to hear you've both been having a rough time of it. Its all such a rollercoaster full of high and lows. Lets hope theres more highs on the way.
