For the first time in a long, long time I felt energised all day by my very good friend Dex.

I had a buzz of energy from my first waking moment and was both creative and domestic (admin wise) all day, sorting out sundry matters on the phone and by email, writing a new song and generally feeling driven to do something, anything… and it felt really good. 😎

Oh, yes… I also sweated buckets, even though I am on half-rations on this treatment. :-/

And I snapped at Janet on several occasions (even though I apologised and blamed it on the Dex I still feel deeply ashamed because she does not deserve a single second of my impatience… ever). 🙁

Janet says the first far outweighs the second which she knows is Dex driven and she can put up with a bit of nonsense for a new song… or more importantly the resolution of some long standing domestic matters… so I'll settle for that and just say, what a day. 😀

And what a night… the Dex buzz kept on working until 4am when I finally zonked. I woke at 6am and took my meds (I am on 5 different antibiotics this week… down to 3 semi-permanet from next Tuesday – in the meantime I have had to resort to a chart because of the distribution during the day with med-takes at 8am – 2pm – 6pm – 8pm & 10pm. It's easy to miss a med-take or go for the wrong med, so a chart has been devised to get me through until 3 of the AB;s finish their course life. 😛

    Hey Ho and dozy. 😎
