									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My husband had a letter from the DWP today to say that his DLA is being stopped as he currently doesn&#8217;t score a high enough mark on their points system for PIP.  Along with losing DLA, he also has to send back his Blue Badge.  </p>

<p>Just an update on Bobs&#039; progress.  </p>
<p>Bob starts his 3rd 28-day cycle of medication today.  </p>
<p>He&#039;s in good spirits and very little pain as he&#039;s on full dose morphine, oral morphine solution and paracetamol. </p>

<p>My husband was confirmed as having Stage II Multiple Myeloma on the 21st August (after initial tests began on the 13th August) and started the above trial on the 26th August.</p>
<p>He is 58 years old and has been off work for more than 16 weeks now with what we initially thought was a bad back.</p>
