    Hello Mike

Thank you for your best wishes, much appreciated.
I must admit (if they allow a 2nd sct at my age) it wouldn’t be something I’d
exactly look forward to after the 1st experience, but c’est la guerre.

    Best Regards
    Dave

    Hello Janet
    What was the question?
Sorry couldn’t resist it, I’m the same after diagnosis, chemo & sct my concentration and memory are
awful, I also go off into some sort of trance when reading and read the same sentence 4 or 5 times before giving up or falling asleep.
Watch quiz shows know many of the answers but can’t drag the name
    out of my head.
Go to another room come back and sit as I don’t know why I went there, aah gloves so have another trek & hope I get them before I’m distracted & forget again.
So you are not on your own & and I know it can be annoying to partners as well as yourself but they have to be patient, as do you try not to let it upset you too much.
    Good luck & best wishes.

    Hi robbo,

I’ve had 4 BMB’s at 2 different hospitals they both did a local anesthetic, they aren’t the
pleasantest experiences I’ve ever had but the 3rd one was tear-jerking agony.

    Hi Scott

    thanks for that feedback.
I'll give it a go then.

Used to spend a lot on line business products etc. that won't happen on that scale now,but as you say every pound or pennies helps especially if thousands or millions were to get involved, and costs you nothing brilliant idea.

    Hope you are well

    Thankyou for that information Eve.

Although not a military man I also led a very active life racins cycles, offshore sailing, and a full time pro scuba diving instructor for 10 years, and country pursuits so not exactly a slouch and where does it get you?
never mind water under the bridge.

Had a minor stroke 5 years ago(64)still not totally convinced it was a stroke but what do I know? like wise put on statins + other drugs my multi problems seemed to start not long after that, so I emphasise with slim on many of those counts.

All this is so helpful thank you again Eve.
My good wishes to you and Slim

    Thanks Tom

The general feeling among the medical team seem to be that at the latter ages
ie: 65-70 the benifits may be out weighed be the treatment and long recovery period. But I will see what Dr Kwee Yong has to say later, I feel basically fit beneath all these aches and pains.
So yeah may see you there.
