so sorry this d.a.m.n thing has reared its ugly head again I have been reading the reports from america and it looks like so many new treatments are being tested so even after a second SCT there will be much hope of new things being used glad about the champagne we must all stay positive or we might go under I have not been able to have an SCT as my kidneys were to badly damaged.

I am glad your biopsy went well I have only had three and dread the thought of the next one I shall ask for a sedative, my bone the doctor said was difficult to aspirate so they have to dig deeper so its good to hear doctor cared about the pain level. All our snow in Hatfield Herts went at the weekend but it has been so cold with freezing fog

We can never win can we at the moment I am at least two stone over weight because of the steroids what ever I eat seems to put weight on me the season now is comfort food steamed puddings you can get induvidual ones dumplings stews with lots of beans and potatoes hot c:-) rumpets and butter all really fattening but I suppose only if you can face them I know what you mean about tasteless suppiments

I have had a monthly infusion of Parmidronate for the past 18 months the first few times caused a bit of bone ache in my legs but since then I have been fine only problem is I have deep veins so it takes two or three digs to find one

Hi Kevin you have had a bad year lets hope its the last of it constipation is awful some one wrote on this site a few weeks ago about a home enima called Microalax have you tried that
