Hi Helen I'm almost going on my 2 year anniversary this April as well I'm 47.5 years old it was through a blood test they found out I had smouldering mm at this moment I have had no treatment at all although I do suffer with body pain but that could be with the age and work I'm on a sit and watch I get monited every two to three months I found doing meditation was good for me and keeping very busy
