Roz no wonder you and Michael feel down I agree with Michelle now is the time to go through PALS and complain !!Write it all down before you contact them to help you remember .It sounds hopeful as Michelles complaint at the same hospital was dealt with quickly Good luck but dont wait do it today that way you might have some peace of mind love Bridget x
