Hi everyone,
Just wondered if any of you were going to the Infoday tomorrow….I'll be there with my hubby Nick, and one of my sisters so it would be great to catch up with anyone who uses the site!!

Hmm, Min that is really interesting.
I used to take 8g of curcumin a day.
