    Frank is also like you – if he needs to know anything his consultant will tell him. That is great. I only look at myeloma uk, myeloma beacon and ASH.

    I don't know anything about Cardamon although i am doing some research on it. Going to ask consultant about it. There was a thing going round a couple of years ago – think it was Curcumin.     As for exersice I love a walk and bought myself a new Bike (i know i spoil myself:-D ) and my Dr said it was Ok as long as I dint do mountain climbing with it lol.

    Iam so sorry to hear about David its such a shame to lose some one to this Bloody MM.

    Please dont beat yourself up over wether you should or should not have started the treatment as you know David was a fighter and wanted to do his best to beat it.
