I had CTD for 6 months and am now 15 months post SCT.
I still get the odd bone twinge in different parts every now and again and have been assured that it's due to damage done prior to my diagnosis.
My PP's have remained steady at below 1 since SCT so I have no reason to disbelieve what the specialist says.

So sorry to read about your mum, strange how mm treats everyone differently. I am also being treated at the Leicester Royal Infirmary, I have found them to be very thorough and caring. I am sure that they will do their level best for your mum.

I haven't had RT but my young bride (Elaine) had it after her op for breast cancer, Elaine burnt but the Nurse gave her two lots of cream to put it on it, but for the life of us we cant remember what it was called.

Hi firstly welcome sorry your husband is having a lot of pain. I to thought the worst when my arm and shoulder started aching,but I have started some physio and if it doesn't work they are going to unlock it with key hole surgery.
Try not to let it niggle at you I know my husband worry s about me hope you get an appointment soon.

Right, been to hospital this morning and the liver enzyme levels are going up again. The paraproteins are on the increase so the doctor has decided to go ahead with Revlimid-Dexy Chemo starting tomorrow. The Revlimid she tells me can also be dangerous with raised enzyme levels.
