I am just starting my 6th cycle of treatment (velcade, Dex,  and panobinostat), and it&#8217;s coming up to decision time as to whether I go for a transplant or continue on this treatment which I think will be a maintenance programme on panobinostat only.   I understand there can be a problem with absorbtion does the preparation you take address this ?
