    Erin was born at 10.10pm this evening and I will be going down to see her just as soon as the airports are open again! sooooo excited!!! 🙂

    Whenever I have been in hospital a Priest has always popped in to see me for a chat. I am Catholic, although not a practicing one, and they never come in to preach just to have a chat and ask if there is anything that they can do to make my stay in hospital more comfortable, in other words nothing too heavily religious!!

    I first experienced PN during maintenance treatment with Thalidomide following my first SCT. I ignored the first effects which were just a slight tingling in my feet, especially my toes, but when it started to affect my hands I asked to be taken of the Thalidomide and my Haematologist agreed.
