Thalidomide didn&#039;t work for me but Velcade did, we are all different!  Hopefully Revlamid will be good for you, and as Eva says combinations often work where something on its own doesn&#039;t. I have never had back pain or any other bone problem and my illness was discovered, eventually, after months and months of anaemia and lots of serious infections.
