Hi botope ,I struggled last night ,now the steroids have stopped until 12 th neck ,back,chest ,shoulders very stiff ,had a job to get out of bed ,but I suppose you have to adjust yourself  as you go ,it was never going to be easy ,I’m sorry that your struggling ,I can’t say that I’m impressed with the support you receive from hospital it seems…[Read more]
