I cant help you out on this as I have just had CDT then SCT in 2009.
Am sure some one will be on that has or is having that treatment.
Where is John getting his treatment?

The posts above are correct.
A Hospice is one of the best places to go to have the pain sorted out faster than a GP or Hospital can do it.

Your welcome, sorry to hear Dad had two heart attacks, am sure they will find treatment that will work with your Dads heart problem.many have said that RT helps ease the pain.

Am sorry your Dad has been Diagnosed with MM. your Dad has done well getting it found out as soon as he did.
What Hospital is your Dad getting his treatment from (some on here might be in same hospital)
What treatment is your Dad on or going on?

You are correct this site is a godsend for us all, Patient and Carer.
The One I would advice anyone to phone would be 999 they would be my first call.
Honest Sue please ask anything you feel you need to know more about I know it wont be easy for you but am sure if you feel its important then it is.

Still doing good as far as i can see 😀 , RE the hair thing well I got the Nurse to shave it in Hospital and when I came home I used my Leccie Razor and took it to the bone :-S and kept it like that till it started to grow back, and it was bloomin cold but a good hat sorted that out.
