<p>Today me and my family were told that my grandad has myeloma</p>
<p>The staff at the hospital have been very helpful and given as much information  as humanly possible, which unfortunately lacked a certain&#8230; personal touch? I was just wondering if anyone could help with a few do&#8217;s and dont&#8217;s.</p>
