It started just before xmas with shortness of breath, nausea and aching bones. He decided to go to the GP and over the next three months was sent for a blood test and chest x ray, camera down throat, CT scan of abdomen, another blood test and just last week, a bone scan. The children are coping…just. They wanted a few days to be left on their own so we have done that. Why was it taking so long to diagnose? That's what we are asking. Maybe if they'd worked quicker he would still be with us, but we'll never know. I AM SO ANGRY!
