									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve just completed my first three week cycle of revlimid/dex, and I have felt significantly more fatigued than with my previous two treatments (CDT and then Velcade/Dex). The tiredness has been accompanied with difficulty sleeping (despite concurrent treatment with Fentanyl/Pregabalin/Amitriptiline for PN caused by Velcade).
