I've tried a few things to replicate the problem and it may be that you were not signed in. For some reason the "Start discussion" button is showing up even when someone is not signed in (I will raise this with the website developers). Did you get the annoying CAPTCHA letters and numbers before you posted?

It does seem to only be affecting newly uploaded images as far as I can tell. Our developers are looking into the problem and will hopefully have it sorted shortly.

In the mean time a little trick to see the text underneath a large image is to select all the text (hold down the ctrl key and press A, or select with the mouse).
