<p>  I am at present on 20mg dex every Mon and Tue I find it really helps me through the week but it does disrupt my sleep on these days.I hope the revlamid works well for you, I know a number of people on it and they are doing ok. Forgot to say the dex takes away my back pain!<br />

   Thought I would let you know I am now on my 41st course of Revlamid&lt; my consultant has reduced my dosage from 25 to 15 mg per day and so far so good.I feel really good for a change,I have been on reduced dose for 2months now so fingers crossed.</p>

   I haven&#039;t had S C T and probably wont have it because of my age ,although my general health is ok ish.<br />
   I am on the same dose as when I started treatment(25mg daily and dex&#039; on Mon &amp; Tue).<br />

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi I am new to this forum ,but I feel I must share my experience of Revlamid. I was diagnosed with myeloma 5 yrs ago and it has affected my spine mostly,making it hard to walk very far.<br />
After a course of chemo Iwas put on thalidomide which made me ill,although my paraprotein level came down I had to come off it.<br />
