English, living in Germany with wife and 6 year old daughter Diagnosed 26/27 Feb 2013, I was not quite with it due to the Pneumonia at the time. Think myself lucky it was diagnosed before major bone damage was done. Scared, stubborn and intending to live to a ripe old age.
