									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Newbie here. Husband has has asymptomatic MGUS for years, now tipped over into myeloma. Starting chemo next week, oral only. No talk of Stem cell transplant.. He is 75.Already had bowel cancer and has memory loss so its really hard! Very scared incase he has bad reaction to chemo. </p>
