As my myeloma was discovered by default, and no symptoms ie pain etc I’ve decided to go the route with Dexamethasone and Lenalidomid. Not taking Daratumumab meantime. Just wondered if anyone has gone down this route.

Some concern resulted in PET scan which now shows two small area of myeloma. I’ve no symptoms of pain or sickness. Very well, active and healthy for my 79 years. Awaiting bone marrow biopsy. Is treatment really necessary at this stage?
