									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Haven’t started treatment yet as I’ve no symptoms, just  low blood cell count and two spots showing on my skeleton after having the scan. ( Myeloma discovered by default).  I play tennis, walk and don’t lack energy.   I’ve been told that I will not have the same energy once I start treatment. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Now signing up for treatment.   As my myeloma was discovered by default, and no symptoms ie pain etc I’ve decided to go the route with Dexamethasone and Lenalidomid.  Not taking Daratumumab meantime.   Just wondered if anyone has gone down this route.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Due to pulled muscle , now healed, had full blood count. Some concern resulted in PET scan which now shows two small area of myeloma.  I’ve no symptoms of pain or sickness. Very well, active and healthy for my 79 years. Awaiting bone marrow biopsy.  Is treatment really necessary at this stage?</p>
