I have vertical ridges on all of my fingernails, Karen, they seem to be getting worse just lately.<br />
All these things we have to put up with but we are still here which is good.</p>

Has anyone after having a Stem Cell Transplant suffered from memory lose and lose of concentration (I so loved reading books and getting engrossed in them can&#8217;t any more).<br />
I also have cold hands and feet (I wear thermal socks doesn&#8217;t help much), I put that down to the Thalidomide.<br />

I must admit that I didn&#8217;t feel too good on it I felt like an old woman I was only in my late 50&#8217;s but I am still here which is the main thing! I had my SCT just over 5 years ago, I lost all of my hair and it did come back thick and curly. This past couple of years it has gone dry and brittle. I think that I should have it cut short really wanted to grow it though. Looking at it another way, I am still here even if my hair looks naff :):)<br />

<p>My hair is vey dry and brittle, never like this before MM. It has now started to get me down,it never looks nice. I have tried all different shamppo&#039;s and conditioner&#039;s with no difference to my hair. Silly question but have you any ideas what I could try next?</p>

<p>I know that a lot of things have changed after 5 years. I was on Thalidomide, have a few ongoing side affects but at least I was in remission for 5 years.I can also have another stem cell transplant.</p>

Went back to the Dr&#039;s this morning as my cough was getting worse, I am now on antibiotic&#039;s because I have a chest infection. I will be glad when they start working so I can get a good night sleep.</p>
