Tomorrow, I am having an operation to insert titanium lumbar kyphoplasty on L1, L2 and L3.<br />

I am also on Zometa as I have quite a lot of skeletal issues.<br />
Can I ask are you experiencing any pain with the Zometa?<br />
The reason I ask this, is I am getting a lot of pain in the lower back area.<br />

My partner and I had our first wheelchair day out the other day, I am sure we will get used to it, but I found it very uncomfortable mentally, as I have always been actively fit and full of energy.<br />
