									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Diagnosed with MGUS today although Haematologist is still going to carry out more tests.</p>
<p>One thing that concerns him is my low levels of B12 and having no explanation why this is. He has ruled out diet related and I am not anemic.</p>
<p>What is the link between MGUS/Myeloma and B12 deficiency?</p>
