Tony it has been raining here for 3 days. Quite muggy. Looking after grand daughter today and it was pelting down and she got quite upset because I wouldn't take her to the beach !!! 😀
Are you celebrating tonight I know we did

Hi Tony
You have been on my mind and I've been looking for your post all day. Well worth the wait!! Well done you 🙂 .3 months is brilliant. Although Frank is "all clear" with bloods good etc. He is still going up every month – take bloods and then Zometa. It would be fantastic to forget about this bloody disease for 3 months. Everything to be planned around visits to hospital
I am so happy for you Tony and looooooong may it continue

Tony I hope you got a little sleep and all goes well

Hi Eve
I got a new lap top and the game that we played wasn't there I tied to find it but nothing came up. I searched your name and your page came up but no app to play the game 🙁 .have you been able to get away in the motor home – even for a few day- to enjoy the lovely weather? We have had terrible rain and thunder storms today
My best wishes to you both

Hi Maureen
Frank phoned consultant secretary this morning and she spoke to the stand in consultant and he said that Frank had to stop taking one of his tablets – can't remember name – but it's to stop lung infection.
Football match t would be something for Ian to look forward to after getting out of hospital- which I hope is soon. I hope to be going to see United play in October.
My best to Ian and hope he gets ho,e soon

Hi Tom and Vicki
Thanks but according to Frank it's not wind – mind you his tummy rattles and gurgles and he says its so uncomfortable. He will have to ask consultant when we next see her (that's if she's there – been off ill for some time)
Vicki sorry to hear of Colin's back. Frank also has bad back pain. MRI showed an old Injury on one of the vertebrae but said its not MM related – but he has a lot of pain. He's trying to do a bit more exercise to see if it helps
Onwards and upwards Tom
Vicki hope Colin gets the pain under control

Mari I am so sorry to hear that things are so bad for Stephen. There isn't anything I can say that will ease what you are going through, only that you both will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Try and take care of yourself. Stephen has you by his side and as you say enjoy the good days

Hi Johm
Blood results can be confusing. MMUK will give you a diary if you contact them. It has all different sections in it. I find it invaluable and consultant now expects me to have it and is ready with blood results. It gives the range that blood should and a section that you can record every visit, questions to ask, and a lot more. Hope things improve soon for June
Best wishes jean x
Tom as I said on FB well done Elaine 🙂 . It's always good to read of good news. Hop you have one
Two or more wee toots 😛

Hi Tom
You had a rough ride but I'm glad you are home. Hope things pick up quickly for you. Frank got his SCT in March and was told last Wednesday that no protein in blood and PET scan showed there was no cancer. So we are booking a cruise – so it is doable. Go from strength to strength

Thanks Vicki still can't get my head round it. I'm glad that you are getting back to a normal life and its great that Colin is back at work. Does he still get tired? Frank drops off to sleep at the drop of a hat.
I have a big birthday coming on 3. August and frank has arranged to take me to see Manchester United playing Southampton at Old Trafford on 19 October. Really looking forward to it.
Hope Colin goes from strength to strength
Best wishes to you both and keep on being normal 🙂

Thank you all. Been onto insurance companies and quite shocked at some of the quotes. One quoted over £2400 🙁 .i thought it was a deposit on the ship!!! 😎 Offered reasonable price without Myeloma. Frank seems keen to go for one of them but I'm not. Will see what to or row brings.
Your support is so appreciated thanks again

BMB results mist vary from hospital to hospital. Frank goes to Belfast City Hospital. He had the BMB at 10 in the morning and we were told to got for a walk round town and have some lunch and come back. We arrived back after 4 hours and they Re back. I'm a great believer in no news is good news 🙂 Hope you get good news

Thank you all for your good wishes and support :-frank does not come on the forum but I've read out all your post to ho him and a wee smile came on his face. Don't think it's has sunk I with him yet but last night I slept right through the night for the first time in years
Far all my cyber friends going through treatment, its bl**dy hard, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. When I read 'good news' posts I alway reply "long long may it last" so I will read this post also to Frank "well done and long long may it last"
Thanks again and take care all
